Away from home, I was craving grandma's childhood bread and snacks , KUE MANGKOK KETELA (Sweet Potato Steam Cake) and  ROTI KENTANG (Potato Bread) are made in order to treat homesickness and share the happiness from its bites. 
KUE MANGKOK KETELA

Sweet traditional Indonesian steam cupcake with the basic ingredients of yellow or purple sweet potatoes.
ROTI KENTANG

Signature bread with a very soft texture like granny's bread made from potato as it aims to reduce calories from flour.
